Zenith Chiropractic Table Shipping Origins

When you purchase Zenith chiropractic tables and accessories, fulfillment locations depend on the condition of the equipment:

  • New Zenith Equipment: Ships directly from the Foundational Williams manufacturer facility in Elgin, IL.
  • Used & Refurbished Chiropractic Tables: Ships directly from our professional rebuilding facility in Sylacauga, AL.

Zenith Table Freight Specifications

All Zenith chiropractic tables and heavy medical equipment are shipped via commercial freight to ensure safe transit.

  • Freight Class: Class 200
  • NMFC Code: 81930 (Chiropractic Tables)
  • Carrier Protocol: All chiropractic equipment orders are shipped Freight Collect via the buyer's designated carrier unless alternate instructions are provided at checkout. All Zenith freight shipments are F.O.B.* origin.

Delivery Inspection & Freight Claims for Zenith Products

  • 10-Day Inspection Window: You must inspect all Zenith tables and products immediately upon delivery. Any obvious defects or missing parts must be reported to Foundational Williams within 10 days of receipt. If the company is not notified within this timeframe, you are not entitled to any recourse for those issues.
  • Carrier Damage: Because Zenith table shipments are *F.O.B., the buyer assumes responsibility once the carrier picks up the freight. All claims for freight damage or loss must be filed directly by the buyer against the freight carrier. Please document all damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing for your chiropractic equipment delivery.

    * F.O.B. (Free On Board) Origin ExplainedTransfer of Ownership: The buyer legally owns the Zenith equipment the exact second the freight carrier signs for it at the origin loading dock. Risk and Liability: If the table is damaged, lost, or destroyed in transit, it is 100% the buyer's responsibility to file the claim with the freight company. The seller is completely released from liability once the truck pulls away.
